first mile of dipsea (from just below first staircase) in 9:07. then, jogged slow to the intersecting street section. 13:09 the entire street section to Muir Woods park, using suicide path. then jogged same break. Down the first mile in 6:51. So down the staits is slow, wasnt that beat coming down.
