Planned 6 (maybe 7) at 6:48... stopped after 4. Mostly just wimped out, not good, used 50M last Saturday as an excuse. But afterwards, thinking about picking up the last 2, the right hip flexor was pretty not happy. Definitely from the 50M. So best to have stopped, I guess.
But I don't know how I expect to hit 26 at 6:40 in 6 weeks...
