Ugh. Planned another 20, just gave up after 10. Told myself it was the lower back, I didn't want to push it. But I was also tired and cold.

Adventure with facilities guy on the second set. He stole my stuff by the side of the track during one lap. I paused my Garmin and ran him down in his cart, on the other side of the school. He came back to open the building to get my stuff out from where he'd put it. I ran back. So I'm counting an extra lap. Lost my water bottle, though. "Oh, I put that in the garage." 🤦🏻‍♂️
