Skied Wed-Thu, no time to run Thu, took a recovery day Fri.
Trying FT #18. Not bad.
920 still thinks this is 8.6-8.7 miles. Hmm.
Much slower than one week ago. Didn't feel like it. I guess I still had a lot of taper in my legs at that point. Or, per notes on dish loop on Monday, maybe I had a lot of unburned glycogen built up? Hmm. Well, I was intentionally pushing it last week, not so much today.
Aches: R. Achilles first mile (significant), right hip (minor), left foot (minor, just for a bit on the descent, maybe shoes?).
