Forgot Garmin, timed with iPhone (before & after), ran by feel, shooting for 2:14 laps + 1:00 walk every 6, 13:50 blocks. Looks like I was a minute and a half slow. Might have accidentally run an extra lap... not sure.

Felt pretty good. R hip flexor is still a little tender but never got really worrisome.
