Finally! Back in the saddle.
Well, sort of. This was going to be a 2:55 attempt; after the second round of PRP, I dialed the goal back to just finishing and not doing more damage.
Paced for 3:25, did a pretty good job first half. Second half, I built up a cushion for the "big hill" from 19-20 that never really materialized. After that, a little fast here, a little fast there, but close enough. Hard to go so slow!
The hamstring was a presence from 12 or so on, but never a huge deal. I guess towards the end I was not so careful about slowing down, because I wanted to be done.
