First dish loop since moving to PV, I think.

Hamstring not bad, but Achilles hurts worse than it has in months. Not good. What I get for doing hills, I guess. At least I'm telling myself that, and it's not the distance.

MTA, next day, hamstring sucks. Dreams involved leg pain. :-( And a botched 100 miler start.
