Not so great. Tried 2:30 laps in lane 7/8 instead of 2:40s I've been running (Dome pace), 1 min walk every 6 laps. Liz joined me for the first half. Fine until the last two sets, then the piriformis and the peroneals began acting up and I slowed down. It is time for the piriformis at least to be done! I will have to find something new to do to it (dry needling?).
First decent week since D3. Three to go, then taper time.
