Still on low carb. Surely I must be out of glycogen by now??? Maybe not. Still no bonk. But I did stop and walk on the big uphill, which I've never done before (except when walking hills was mandatory, on hamstring recovery).

Yeah, I was tired. But I think I already have pretty good fat burning developed. Or maybe it will start to really suck in another few days.

And... so much for "it's on". But at least with 40 miles this week, I can start to get back to decent miles next week. But there's probably not enough time left before Tucson. Dammit.
