Started out yesterday, got a few hundred feet, just said screw it. Perfect weather, nothing hurt. But I was tired, and just couldn't make myself care.
Today, was about to head out this morning, remembered massage just as I was supposed to be there. Oops.
So tempted to skip today too, running after massage is never great. But two days off would be too much.
