Realized later I forgot to put the heel lifts back in the Clouds, after moving them to the A2s. Oops.
Now, a couple days later, I am still really beat up. Varicocele hurts, back hurts, groin hurts. Not sure if because (1) Bay to Breakers in a g-string, little support, (2) yoga Monday, doing stupid leg crosses without getting junk completely clear, or (3) moving lots of boxes, or (4) this run with no heel lifts. (4) seems unlikely, but I didn't hurt until that evening.
And the hamstring feels like maybe it's becoming a real issue again. Dammit.
