Wow. Scheduled 11 w/ 5 @ MP, but planned 10 w/ 4, because my speedwork has sucked so much lately. And I was going to run 6:40s.
But 6:35 felt easy, so I did 5, and picked it up the last couple. Best workout in quite a while. Chilly temps helped. As did actually being on a track, I guess.
