Not good. Stopped early Sunday to make sure I headed into this week ready to go. But something's up with my right hip, not hip flexors, maybe glute med. Turned around early and walked most of the way back.
Very odd... not half an hour earlier I was talking with Melanie Matheu and she was complaining of right glute med pain, asking where it came from, never had it before. Spooooooky....
