5x600 @ 5:55 pace (bumped up from 5:57 I have been doing). Beautiful day! I was worried about still being beat up, but this was way too easy. Of course 5x600 is easy after 6x1000! Still, I'm getting to the point in the cycle where previous VO2Max training has had an obvious effect.
