It's official; I suck. 12 w/ 7 @ LT scheduled; I thought maybe 5-6, because I stopped at 3.5 last time with 4 scheduled. And I'm trying to save something for the 50K this weekend. Stopped at 4.
... and, I'm planning to run a 10K tune-up race in a week and a half? I can't even run 10K at 6:30 pace, and I want to PR, 6:10ish pace? Hmmmmm.
