Nice. I'm puzzled by one thing, though. Why did you round the total down to 20? Not at all important, just curious.

Well, it was 80 laps at the track. The Garmin naturally read high. Actually that's slightly less than 20 miles, but I'm pacing as if 4 laps = 1 mile for this race to keep the mental math simple.

You can tell from the Garmin data which laps were clockwise and which counterclockwise (Garmin on left wrist). :-)

Thanks. Just the idea of 600+ laps to have a shot at making the team is mind-boggling. I'll be rooting for you.
