Supposed to be 4 @ LT, 6:30-6:35. I was not in the mood. This is becoming a real problem. Even before M2, I was telling myself I really didn't want to be doing this, and would quit early, even though physically I felt pretty good. Bad mood again. I wound up quitting at 3.5... just to spite my workout? I can do 3.5, but not .5 more?
Last week I had 5 @ LT and stopped at 4.5 (6:35 pace). Then, I think I was really spent at 4.5. Today was faster and easier.
I just don't care enough anymore to do hard workouts.
Picked it up again once I got close to home, but so what.
