Meh. Planned 24. L Achilles iffy, so I thought to do it at 2:10 laps. Kind of low energy. After 10 miles the R hip flexor started hurting again. First time since Desert Solstice. Ugh. I walked a lap, didn't help, then sat 15 minutes. Finished 20 slowly.
Funny, though, afterwards legs are not tired at all.
