Forgot Garmin. Planned 2:13 laps + 0:50 walk every 7... had to try to run that by feel. Think I was in the ballpark. Right foot is being a pain; I think I am overstressing it with the weighted eccentric calf drops. Better hold off on those for a while. R hamstring is the main issue. Fine during run, but as on Sunday, more beat up than I should be afterwards.
