Ouchie ouchie ouchie. Massive quad DOMS. 4,000' of downhill will do that. But the Achilles was worse, even after Voltaren. Almost turned around. Walked a lot. But gradually the Achilles loosened up (or maybe the Voltaren kicked in?).
Planned 7.5, thought better of it.
