Wow. This was going to be 11+, up Razorback, across Lost, down Spring Ridge. Legs were dead. Walked a lot up the hill, gave up and turned around. On the way back quads hurt.
Guess I'm still kind of beat up from Golden Gate. How am I ever going to get my mileage up?
MTA maybe also because I soaked in the hot tub just before running? Hmm.
