Notes
Headed out in pouring rain, so had the track pretty much to myself, got to run in lane 1. Fortunately most of the time it wasn't so bad.
Planned 2:20 laps again, or 19:04 for 8 laps (with walk break)... slow... disappointed that I couldn't hold it. I did have to resist trying to hold it, because keeping the Achilles happy is what counts. But, this is slower than I averaged for 24 hours 3 months ago. Good news is now that I'm counting calories again, I think the weight is finally starting to come off, which should make a big difference in a few weeks.
