Ran with Wahoo sensor which supposedly records HRV. Can't figure out how to access it.
Experimenting with intermittent fasting (holding out some remote hope for Run4Water 24-hour in 3 weeks, a lot of weight left to lose). Skipped lunch yesterday, breakfast today. Light-headed after just 4 miles.
Got home, checked: blood glucose 54(!), ketones 3.3.
