I've been sooooooo unmotivated. It's easy to just not run when I know that I'm still recovering from Cascade. But I am beginning to get worried that I just won't be able to muster the enthusiasm to do what it takes to PR at Tucson. Am I getting bored with running?

Anyway, longest run since Cascade, pretty decent workout... really tired and thirsty the last few miles, should have taken water. But it really felt good to get out there.
