Wow. Felt pretty good, I thought, hard, but it's supposed to be. But 8 minutes slower than last time, and that's without the short out-and-back to check the fence status. I still have a ways to go getting my hill mojo back. If I ever will, on LCHF.
Also these shoes are starting to feel kind of dead too. I am going to have to bite the bullet and find a new shoe. :-(
Aches: Right Achilles early, but settled down. Right hip, kind of vague.
