D3 pacing, 2:14 laps, 13:46 blocks.
Originally planned 24, then got a late start (damn addictive 3d printer), thought 21, then was super bored... planned to listen to podcasts, forgot earpods. Right hip hurt for a bit after 6-7 miles and I decided to be cautious and go to 15 – longest run since Zion had been 11. Biggest risk for D3 is bad hip. Yeah and I'm a wimp too. Really I felt fine after the early hip pain faded.
Week is too light. :-(
