Decided to hold 10:00 pace for 50K - 50M, depending on how I felt.
Felt good, only very minor hamstring issues, could have kept going, but was a little tired by M42, and decided not to push it. Better to take the hamstring one step at a time, and also not mess up next week's training.
Very encouraged by how I felt!
Ran a few laps with Pam and picked her brain.
