Connie Gardner track workout #2.
Achilles pretty tight to start, loosened up. (9-mile hike yesterday in Big Basin after run.)
As usual, left hamstring / glutes painful after 9-10 miles. Didn't stay out long enough for that to loosen up.
Overall not too bad, easier than last time, I think. Skechers are a better choice than Fastwitch 7.

Gee, can you tell from the splits when I switched from counterclockwise to clockwise, and which wrist I wore my Garmin on?
Pacing plan was repeat 10 times: walk 1 min (skipped first time), 2:43 lap, 7x 2:11 laps, for 2 miles in 18:00 at 8:44 running pace. Seemed reasonable. Can I do it 8 times in a row? Hahahahaha.
HR increasing during 2nd half. Hmm.
