Well that was an asskicker of a workout. Mondo hillage. Legs felt pretty good, except...
... came near to a total wipeout on the big downhill on the back half of Los Trancos. I caught a root, and I swear I was tipped over almost to the ground, but somehow got vertical again without hitting the ground. I would love to see a video of that to see how precisely I violated the laws of physics. I don't think the sheer acoustic force of SHIT! was quite enough.
Anyway the left leg was really, really unhappy about whatever magic it had to pull for that recovery.
