Not bad, but I guess I pushed the "mile" pace a little too hard, nothing left for the sprint.

Skipped yesterday because Achilles was a bit iffy -- excuse anyway. Lazy. I am getting fat and out of shape.

And today -- tonight -- the hamstring was not happy sitting on the sofa. Uh oh. 50k tomorrow. Hmm.
