Supposed to be 7 @ 6:48, bagged it at 2. Sigh. I suck. I told myself it felt too hard, getting harder instead of easier to hold each week; I must be overtraining. Well, maybe. Maybe I just had a bad attitude. And it was getting hot. However, the r. hip flexor was sore again after I stopped. I'm going to dial this week back; I am due for a recovery week. Then one more week of hard training next week before taper.
I think I can say goodbye to any hope of 2:55.
