Longest run since July; I wanted to get in a 20 miler before Napa in two weeks.
Hmm. Butt / hamstring gradually got more bothersome throughout, fairly annoying by the end. So that is still discouraging.
On the plus side, other than that, I felt great, aerobically and physically. Not really beat up. Felt like I could have gone out for 20 more. Long-term effects of training, I hope.
