Notes
Planned 8/7 today. Skipped this morning, because it was pouring, and I'm a wimp. Also kind of wiped from the past week of running, and left foot is not happy, and hilly 50k tomorrow. But this means I'll have to run 8 on the treadmill in Milan just after arriving if I want to hit 100 this week. Ugh.
