Not bad. Finally back to 24-hour "race pace", 2:12 laps + 1:00 walk every 8 = 9:00 pace. It's about time.
Achilles started acting up a bit around 8 miles, but settled down. Kinda sore afterwards, though. Otherwise... still a little more sore after 16 than I'd like. But definitely moving in the right direction, finally.
Skipped yesterday because quads were just too sore from DOMS, aka I'm a wimp. Should still be able to hit 90 this week, I hope.
