Not entirely successful... supposed to be 7 @ 6:25. But my last LT was 5 @ 6:30, so I was thinking I'd likely cut this to 6. Couldn't quite get down to 6:25, but I'll take it.
I'm feeling pretty trepidatious about next weekend's half, though. Holding this was mentally tough. Ideally I should be holding something like this pace on my Garmin at the half to run an actual 6:30 pace, which is my target.
