First speedwork in quite a while (not counting 5M race!). Planned 8x400 @ 6:00; ran more like 5:50, not too hard, and hamstring was not too bad. Woohoo! Much easier than last time I did VO2Max stuff. True, it's only 400s, and maybe my Garmin was being generous. But I'll take it.
I am also lighter, and I think all that hill work has been a pretty good substitute for speedwork as well.
Snuck on to Priory track which I'm not supposed to use; that also helped, relative to path around the Town Hall.
