Heh, interesting map. Started at Priory, got booted, finished at Foothill.
2:40 laps at outside of lane 7, walk 1 min every 6. Run pace for Dome.
Planned 20, stopped at 13 after feeling it a bit in piriformis / hamstring. Still the longest I've run since D3 apart from WS pacing, which was pretty different, baby steps...
