Planned 5x600 @ 6:00. First VO2Max in, uh, ... well over a year, I expect. Probably too late to help much for Bay to Breakers, but maybe better than nothing.
I was pleased that the pace felt fine aerobically. However, the left hamstring grew increasingly unhappy, so I stopped after 4. Sigh. This is why I stopped my training heading into Boston 2013. I may never run fast again.
