Sigh. Again. Planned 6-7 @ 6:50... I did everything I could think of to make this easier. Wore my lightest racing flats. Chugged a Boost during warmup, to see if a carb supply would help.
It wasn't really that hard, but I just kept wanting to quit. Surprised I made it to 4 miles. Rested a few minutes and did another 2. Really hard to stay motivated to run hard when my 2:55 goal, or even sub-3, looks pretty unlikely.
Accidentally stopped Garmin for a bit during warmup.
