Headed out this morning... R. Achilles said no way, cannot run at any pace, even super-slow to loosen up. WTF. Tried again an hour later, same thing. No pain standing or walking.
Tried again after lunch... no issues at all. Well, apart from heat and no water.
Tendons suck.
