Ugh. Too damn hot.
Planned 16, 2:10 laps walking 1 min every 8. After warming up, held that through the first 4 sets. Then I was overcooked, also hamstring and peroneals were pretty unhappy. I backed it down to 6 laps per blocks for 4 more blocks, or 14 miles, and slowed down to "comfort", though it was definitely not comfortable. Very, very hot. And atypically humid. Thunderstorms last night! In Portola Valley!
