Solid long tempo. Idk why I haven't been feeling an out-n-back on commuter path lately. I stay engaged and enjoy the runs more when I do loops I guess. I did the standard 8-mile loop but turned right after the arb to do the wingra creek/monona bay loop to add some mileage to the tempo. It was pretty humid but I was able to find a good rhythm after the first 3 miles. Weird how sometimes 6:15 can feel easier than 6:50 once you get into it.
