Notes
This was an okay tempo. I went for time instead of feel which was probably my downfall. Stopped a few times but still powered through. Went all the way around Long Lake for the first time and it made for a solid 6 mile loop. I took some time to read through Jake's last month of running logs yesterday and got a bit jealous honestly. Dude's putting in some work but I'm jealous of all the people he's running and hanging with. Miss doing that with him. Seems like he had a good trip to Door County too. I see he went on a date but didn't say anything about it in the next few logs so maybe he'll look at this and give some deats.
