Notes

Noon at the Shell by myself. Good time to go. Could have taken the run a little easier but it didn't feel hard. Did a makeshift upper body workout after. First rotation was 10 30 lb shoulder press on the incline bench rotated with 10 30 lb shoulder lifts x3. Second rotation was 10 ab curls rotated with 10 back lifts (both body weight) x3. Second rotation was too easy but it's probably good to ease into it.
