Another pretty meh run. I wanted to do a tempo followed by some sort of hill workout and I ended up doing only 3 miles for the tempo with a couple stops, went back to 7 min pace, took a shit break (luckily at a port-a-potty this time), went 7 min pace up the monster hill I found in my neighborhood the other day, and ended it with a broken up fast half mile to finish. Holy cow the hill never ends. Strava says it's 100 feet up which makes me feel like a tiny little baby for struggling so hard on it. I guess I should add this to my routes more often. I think this week's struggle has mostly been a mental block so I gotta woman up when I'm running on tired legs and fight the pain like it's the patriarchy
