Nice n early pp long run before heading to Danville. Kinda surprised with the amount of people out and about at 5-6am. Kept this super chill cuz I was pretty tired for the first few miles and I wanted to feel like I could do way more when I finished. I think that was successful. I think it's probably a good idea to slow down my long runs like this. I picked it up towards the end and really booked it after mile 11 to get to the bathroom at Lake Ellyn cuz you know. Jogged it home.
