I woke up after 9 hours of sleep feeling good, so I planned this run to be a bit faster like Monday, but aimed to try to make it more of a moderate tempo than what almost felt like a race on Monday. Aimed for 6:30s after a warmup mile, but naturally I had to speed it up at the end. Mile 3 was also a bit fast because I passed some chica who was really going quite fast, and you can't just pass someone slowly, so you know how it be.
