Notes
It was raining and I didn't have my key so I didn't run this morning and I ended up running in Waukesha after work. It was too hot and humid so I ran on their treadmill. Not horrible but it still feels like I'm going way faster than I really am. Hopefully I have enough time to recover for tomorrow's long run.
