It's a lot more crowded at the Shell when you go at 5pm. Ran an easy 3 w/o monitor. Focused on not overstriding. Some chump passed me so I ran the last half mile at like 6 min pace to assert my dominance. It actually felt nice to open up for a bit.
Extended my morning strength training to get some quality reps in.
Chin-ups: 15-8
20 lb side-grip dumbbell curls: 15-12-12
Wide stance push-ups: 30-30
Hip extension machine (110 lbs): 8-8
Can't remember if I did abs or not.
