Took yesterday off. Felt surprisingly great after this run. Legs still felt decently fresh. Could've kept going but I didn't want to overdo it. Looking at the times and judging my effort, this workout looked like 2E, 6T, 5 min rest for water, beans, and dropping the kids off, 3I (interval - faster than tempo pace), 1E. Feeling confident.
